摘要
目的 :观察复方甘草酸苷对干扰素治疗无效的慢性丙型肝炎的疗效。方法 :31例经干扰素治疗无效的慢性丙型肝炎患者给予复方甘草酸苷60ml,加入5 %葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注 ,1次/天,疗程为3个月～1年。结果 :与治疗前比较 ,治疗3个月后患者的丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性有显著性差异 (P<0 05) ,HCV -RNA定量无显著性差异 (P>0 05)。结论 :复方甘草酸苷可延缓对干扰素治疗无效的慢性丙型肝炎的病情发展。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin(GL)on chronic hepatitis C(CHC),against which interferon fails to be effective.METHODS:31cases of CHC,after being found without curative effect by using interferon(IFN),were given the intravenous drip of compound glycyrrhizin(60ml)dissolved in250ml glucose injection at a concentration of5%q.d.for one period of treatment(3months～1year).RESULTS:Compared the result with that before treatment,there was a significant difference(P<0.05)in alanine amido metastase after3months'treatment;however,no significant difference(P>0.05)was found in HCV-RNA ration.CONCLUSION:GL can delay the exacerbation of CHC, against which interferon failed to be effective.
