摘要
介绍了彩色高强度高撕裂氯丁橡胶护套胶料配方的设计,研究了白炭黑和硅烷偶联剂用量对氯丁橡胶机械性能和加工性能的影响。设计的胶料配方经生产验证可满足相关标准要求。
The formulation of coloured CR sheath with high tensile strength and high tear strength was presented .The effects of the levels of silica and silane coupling agent on mechanical properties and processing properties were studied.The properties of the compound formulation was proved good.
