企业利润的合理使用一直是管理层面临的重大决策,作者利用AHP方法,提出了一种在定性的基础上定量分析的思路,于实践中的决策显得实用而有效。

How to reasonably use profit of a enterprise is always a very important decision-making for management,in this paper,I provide a thinking way in quantitative analysis based on qualitative anaysis by the way of Analytic Hierarchy Process,the method is practical and effective in broad application.
