摘要
蜡和添加到蜡中的添加剂(蜡)都是有机化合物的复杂混合物(CnH2n+2的直链或支链饱和的有机化合物),它们的化学组成和物理结构也很复杂,由于蜡的产源不同,可以将蜡(添加剂)分为动物蜡、植物蜡、矿物蜡和合成蜡等。但试验的结果表明,它们作为添加剂所表现出的对原料蜡(例如58#全炼蜡)物理性质的改变却不一定完全相同。使用主成份分析和聚类分析方法,通过蜡在不同添加剂(蜡)作用下所表现出来的物理性质的变化趋势将添加剂(蜡)分为若干不同的族、类,在同一族、类中添加剂对蜡可以有相同或相近的物理改性作用。
Waxes and the addictive to waxes are both complex mixtures of carbon compound (CnH2n + 2), which direct or indirect chain are saturated. The chemical component and physical structure are very complex. Because of the different source of production, waxes can be divided into animal wax, vegetable wax, mineral wax, synthetic wax and so on. But the result of experiments indicates that as addictives which demonstrate the changes of physical nature of source waxes are not completely same. By using the principal component and cluster analysis methods, it is discussed that the changing trend on waxes physical nature in acting of different additives and classification problem of the waxes-additive for the above-mentioned reasons. In the same family or kind, additive may have the same or the similar effects on physical modification.
