改良式无血切肝术的临床应用

THE CLINICAL APPLICATION RESEARCH OF IMPROVED BLOODLESS HEPATECTOMY

采用改良式无血切肝术成功地为１０例肿瘤生长在第二肝门区的患者施行了肝叶切除手术。其中３例同时进行了下腔静脉壁损伤的修复。手术简便、实用，术后肝肾功能恢复较常规手术方法无明显差异，并就有关临床应用问题进行了讨论。

This article reports using improved bloodless hepatectomy successfful perform hepatic lobectomy cases. These tumors are grows in second hepatic protal that with routin method resection are difficulty, and the repair of the inferior evna cava injury was carried out in 3 patients, The authors consider this method is technically simple and practical. The postoperative convalescence of the liver and renal functions compare with routin method were not obviously. And then, the problems concern with clinical application are discussed.
