中国利率市场化改革的障碍与对策建议

Some Proposals for Overcoming the Obstacles in the Reform of Interest Rate Marketization in China

我国加入WTO后,利率市场化问题显得更为迫切,虽然目前推进利率市场化已经有了一定进展,但又不能急于求进,必须正视中国利率市场化中面临的环境障碍,坚持间接调控的利率制度,明确适合中国国情的进程安排,在全面推进方式下进行次序选择,并以加强法律建设作为制度保障。

After China's entry into WTO, the marketization of interest rate has become a more urgent issue. Although greater progress has been made in bringing forth the marketization of interest rate, yet we should not be anxious for success. Instead, we must face up to the environmental obstacles in our marketization of interest rate, adhere to the indirectly-controlled interest rate system, and make clear the reform process conforming to China's national situation. We are also required to select the arrangements properly while pushing ahead this reform in an all-round way. In addition, it is imperative for us to strengthen law building so that we will obtain an institutional guarantee.
