摘要
本实验选用15条犬,在常温下应用改良式无血肝切除术切除肝叶。手术期间阻断肝脏进出血流达35min。于术前和松解后5min及术后6,12,24,48,72,96,120h分别取血分析观察肝肾功能变化。结果表明,应用改良式无血肝切除术阻断肝血流后,血清GPT和γ-GT在96h内变化较明显,然后逐渐恢复,120h恢复到正常。血浆凝血酶原时间及肾功能等无明显改变。此证明:应用改良式无血肝切除手术不会引起肝肾功能的不可逆改变。
In the present study, 15 canines were carried the lobus hepatic excision with the improved blood less hepatotmy. During the operation, the in and outbloodflow of the liver had been stoped for 35 minites. The peripheral blood was examined to observe tl1e functions of the liver and kidney before the operation, 5 minites after continuing the blood flow of the liver, and in 6, 12, 24, 48. 72,96, 120 hours after the operation. The results showed that after the improved blood less hepototomy operation with the hepatic bloodflow stoped, the GPT and γ-GT in the serum changed sharply before the 96 hours, then improved grudually, to the normal level by the 120 hours. The plasma prothrombin time had no patent changes and the kidney function also had no sharp changes. These studies demonstrate that the use of the improved blood less hepatotomy can not result in the no -reversed changes of the hepatic and renal function.
