摘要
研究开发对类甜菜碱水溶液常规过滤除杂、电渗析(ED)脱盐,然后纳滤(NF)浓缩的处理工艺.结果表明,在ED运行20~30min后,类甜菜碱水溶液的脱盐率高达99.4%.NF水通量随操作压力升高而增加,在较低操作压力时稳定在35~40L/(m2·h)之间.浓缩倍数增加,NF通量迅速下降.ED脱盐后的药液淡水和NF膜的渗透液经紫外分光光度计480nm波长检测的吸光度值都为零,表明分离工艺合理,选用的膜对类甜菜碱具有优良的截留性能.
Betaine-like is a medicine with molecular formula of C_(24)H_(26)N_2O_(13) extracted from a plant.The betaine-like solution from the present extraction process contains a large number of inorganic salts,water and foreign substances.In this paper,the betaine-like solution is processed,through,early and later,filtering for foreign substances removal,electrodialysis (ED) for desalination and nanofiltration (NF) for concentration.The results showed that,after ED operating for 20~30 min,the salt rejection of betaine-like solution reached to 99.4%; as operating pressure rose,the water flux of NF increased; at lower operating pressure (0.8 MPa) the flux of NF process was stable within 35~40 L/(m^2·h).As the concentrating rate increased,the NF flux lowered sharply.The permeates from ED and NF processes were determined at the wavelength of 480 nm with UV spectrophotometer and the betaine-like concentrations in the permeates reached to zero,showing that the optional membranes for separation of betaine-like solution possess had excellent retention performance.
