中西部地区区域经济隆起带发展模式构建与政策研究——以南阳为例

Development Modes in Western China--An Empirical Study in Nanyang,Henan Province

中西部地区包括19个省(直辖市、自治区),自然资源丰富,国土面积和人口总量分别占全国的86.6%和59.1%,在国民经济建设中占有十分重要的地位。其中,南阳市是该区乃至全国最大的农业城市,也是中西部地区极具代表性的不发达地区。本文以南阳区域经济隆起带构建为例,探讨了中西部地区区域经济的构建理论、具体发展模式与配套政策选择,具有一定的现实意义和借鉴作用。

The central and western region of China consists of 19 provinces and enjoys rich natural resources. The land and population of this region accounts for 86. 6% and 59. 1% respectively. Nanyang, as the biggest agricultural city in this region, is a good example to study the development model in this region. Based on an empirical study in Nanyang, the paper gives a discussion on how to develop economy and related policies.
