摘要
发展家庭农场的现代农业组织创新是解决当前我国农业发展新阶段存在的矛盾和问题的根本途径。政府应从农村土地、农村金融、农业技术、农民的企业家能力和合作组织制度等五个方面采取政策措施,促进家庭农场发展,塑造我国现代农业发展主体。
The establishment of Family farm is a basic way to overcome the current obstacles in China's agriculture development. The development of family farm should get the support from rural land supply, finance, farming technology, entrepreneurship and cooperative organization.
