摘要 从蝎毒中获取具有多种药理活性的肽类混合物(简称SVP),用下肢血管灌流和整体给药的动物模型,观察对血管灌流液内纤溶酶原激活物(PA)活性、血浆优球蛋白纤溶活性(EFA)、纤溶酶(PL)活性的影响。结果:1~20μg/ml灌流3min和0.8,1.6mg·kg-1ipSVP1h血浆中PA活性与对照组相比明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),这可能与血管内皮细胞释放PA活性增加有关。 The present study investigated the fibrinolyic effect of SVP in 58 male wistar rats.The activities of plasminogen activators(PA),plasmin and englobnlin fibrinolytic actility.EFA were measrered with SVP administered either intrapentoneally to the whole animal or to perfuse rats hindleg vessel bed with SVP,the activity of PA was significantly increased in a SVP concentration-dependent manner,ip of SVP significantly increased plasma plasmin activities to 28.8±1.6 and 29.9±2.8 units/ml(P<0.05 vs control 19.0±2.6).EFA were also elevated to 57.25±6.18 and 63.89±3.28,mm2),respectively(P<0.05 vs control 36.18±3.32).These results suggested that the fibinolytic effect of SVP could be mediated by the peptides-induced activation of plasminogen-plasmin system.Not only a better understanding of the mechanisms under lying scorpon venom BMK enuenomation can be derived from the present study,but also potential application of the purified SVP in thrombolytic therapy is indicated.
