摘要 采用聚乙二醇(PEG 6000)高渗溶液模拟水分胁迫的方法,研究了水分胁迫对苜蓿幼苗细胞膜透性、渗透调节物质和保护酶活性的影响。结果表明,苜蓿幼苗叶片中的渗透调节物质可溶性糖含量、游离氨基酸和脯氨酸含量在水分胁迫下增加,活性氧清除系统中的SOD和CAT活性降低,POD活性先升高后下降。水分胁迫导致膜脂过氧化产物MDA积累增加,细胞膜相对透性增大。 The effect of water stress on cell membrane permeability,osmotic adjustment and protective enzyme activity of alfalfa seedling were studied by means of PEG-6000 solution.The result showed that the content of soluble sugar increased with prolonging of water stress time, while the contents of free amino acid and proline descended. Activities of SOD and CAT dropped, the activity of POD increased firstly and then decreased. Water stress led to the increase of MDA content and the relative permeability of cell membrane.
