东北亚作为推动世界经济发展的重要地区,尚缺乏一个约束性的区域经济合作组织。尤其是中国加入世贸以后,中日韩三国出现广阔的经济合作前景:东北亚经济的飞速发展,各经济体之间互利互补,各具不同的需求和比较优势。东北亚地区初步具备了在更广阔的范围内进行区域经济一体化合作的条件和可能。

As an important region of promoting the development of world economy, it is necessary to set up a restricting organization of regional economic cooperation. The prospects of economic cooperation among China, Japan and Korea become more and more capacious especially after China's entry into the WTO. Along with the rapid development of Northeast Asian economy, each of the economic entities has mutual benefits and different demands and comparative advantages. Northeast Asia haselementarily had the condition and probability to develop regional economic integration in a more wide scope. The economic cooperation in Northeast Asiashould should be further strengthened.
