乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗细菌性阴道病临床观察

Clinical Analysis of Bacterial Vaginosis in 93 Cases

目的 观察乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗细菌性阴道病的疗效及安全性。方法 选择符合入选条件的细菌性阴道病患者 189例,采用随机对照试验,试验组 93例,对照组 96例,分别用乳杆菌活菌胶囊及甲硝唑局部治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果 试验组无论在临床症状、临床体征、实验室检查等方面均与甲硝唑对照组相近,且无明显不良反应,对肝肾功能无明显影响。结论 乳杆菌活菌胶囊是治疗细菌性阴道病安全有效的药物。

Objective To observe the curative effects and safety of Living Preparation of Lactobacillus.Methods 189 cases of Bacter ial Vaginosis were randomly divided into experimented group (n=93) and control g roup (n=96) and were treated with the Living Preparation of Lactobacillus and me tronidazole respectively. Results symptoms、signs and results of laboratory in experimented group were same as those of control group. No side e ffects were found.Conclusion Living Preparation of Lactobacillus is effective and safe in treating bacterial vaginosis.
