摘要
以人羊膜FL细胞非程序性DNA合成为观察指标,对6种金属化合物进行了遗传毒性检测,其中重铬酸钾、氯化镍、醋酸铅、硫酸锰和硫酸镉可诱发非程序性DNA合成(UDS)增加,表明这些金属化合物在一定剂量时对人体遗传物质具有致突变作用。
The study was designed to detect the genotoxicity of sixmetal compounds using unscheduled DNA synthesis (UDS) assay of human amnion cell line FL. The results showed that potassium dichromate, nickel chloride, lead acetate, manganese sulphate and cadmium sulphate could induce significantly increased UDS after a continuous 5-h exposure to various concentrates of metal compounds. The repair-DNA synthesis was caused by them. So,these matal compounds, as mentioned above, except zinc, are considered to have mutagenic activity.
