摘要
对螟黄足盘绒茧蜂复合群 Cotesia flavipes complex (膜翅目:茧蜂科:小腹茧蜂亚科)分布全世界的 5 个种和外群螟蛉盘绒茧蜂 C. ruficrus,粘虫盘绒茧蜂 C. kariyai,粉蝶盘绒茧蜂 C. glomerata 的 24 个性状进行比较研究,并运用支序分析的方法探讨螟黄足盘绒茧蜂复合群 5 个种种间系统发育关系.支序分析表明,螟黄足盘绒茧蜂复合群是一单系群,芦螟盘绒茧蜂 C.chiloluteelli 和汉寿盘绒茧蜂 C.hanshouensis 亲缘关系靠近,共有同一节点,二者与大螟盘绒茧蜂 C.sesamiae 构成姐妹群,此姐妹群再与二化螟盘绒茧蜂 C.chilonis 共有同一最近共同祖先,最后与螟黄足盘绒茧蜂 C.flavipes 构成螟黄足盘绒茧蜂复合群单系群.
Based on morphological studies,24 characters of 5 species of Cotesia flavipes complex (as ingroup) and 3 species of the same genera (outgroup) were selected for cladistic analysis in an attempt to assess the phylogenetic relationships among the Cotesia flavipes complex.The results of phylogenetic cladogram indicate that C.flavipes complex is a momophyletic group and that C.chiloluteelli and C.hanshouensis are more closely related,with one node shared.A sister group is structured by the two species and C.sesamiae,and then this sister group and C.chilonis shares a nearest shared ancestor, at last the 5 species of C.flavipes complex structure a monophyletic group.
