摘要
为克服有毒溶济萃取法和金属离子沉淀法分离儿茶素和咖啡因造成环境污染和操作有安全隐患等缺陷,以粗品茶多酚为原料,研究了利用大孔吸附树脂柱色谱分离制备儿茶素和咖啡因的可行性.结果表明,大孔吸附树脂对儿茶素和咖啡因的吸附和解吸性能良好,通过梯度洗脱,可对儿茶素和咖啡因进行分离,并能制得不同规格的儿茶素产品和粗品咖啡因,其中高 EGCg 含量(66.95%)的高纯儿茶素产品 GTC-90 制率达 46.47%,咖啡因低于 0.5%.
Column chromatography was adopted to isolate catechins and caffeine in crude polyphenols with the macroporous adsorption resin. Results showed that the capability of adsorption and desorption was very good between the resin and polyphenols,catechins and caffeine could be isolated with gradient elution,a series products of catehins and crude caffeine were gained. Furthermore,the product of high-pure catechins(GTC-90) could be obtained in which EGCg occupied 66.95%,and caffine no more than 0.5%.
