长沙地区蔬菜重金属污染初探

On the Heavy Metal Pollution of Vegetables in Changsha Region

测定了长沙市各主要蔬菜基地生产的 13 个蔬菜种类 88 个样品中重金属铅、镉、铬、砷、汞等元素含量,结果表明,所测蔬菜样品中,铬、砷、汞的含量未超标,尚未构成污染,但铅、镉污染严重,超标率分别为 60%和 51%.不同蔬菜种类对重金属的富集能力不同;不同地点的蔬菜重金属污染情况不一.

A test of five kinds of harmful heavy metals such as lead,cadmium,chromium,arsenic and mercury in 88 samples of 13 kinds of vegetable species in Changsha region shows results showed that their contents don’t exceed the standards and are not polluted in samples.But the pollution caused by lead and cadmium is very serious and the rates of such pollution exceeds the hygienic standards by 60% and 51%.Different kinds of vegetables have different absorbability.The heavy metal pollution conditions are not same in different areas.
