摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对平菇、草菇、白灵菇和灰树花4种食用菌的部分菌株的酯酶同工酶进行了分 析,结果表明,4种菇的特征谱带分别为平菇有9条;草菇4条;白灵菇5条;灰树花4条,并确定了其各菇种种内亲缘 关系。
PAGE was performed to analyze the esterase isozymes of Polyporus forndous, Volariella volvacea, Pleruotus eryngil var. nebrodensis and Pleruotus osteaus, and found they had 9,4,5 and 4 characteristic bands, respectively. Based on such results, their genetic relationships are discussed.
