摘要
在考察了工业设计师和结构工程师的设计程序的基础上,得出在形成数控机床整体风格时工业设计师发挥着先 导性的作用,工业设计师与结构工程师应该在防护罩钣金分块初步方案阶段进行交接的结论。同时总结出了两方面的设计 师都应该遵循防护罩钣金分块的六条原则,并在ICAID系统中应用这些原则对钣金零件的自动分块功能进行了探索。
By studying observed the design process that industrial designers and mechanical engineers design the overall style of CNC machine tools,the conclusion was drawn that industrial designers play a forerunner role determining the tools’ style,and they should hand over their results to mechanical designers with the primary partition scheme of perimeter guards.To streamline this process,six generalized principals were presented by which designers should abide in perimeter guards’ partition,and these principals were applied in the research of the automatic metalwork partition function in ICAID system.
