机床磁悬浮主轴PDFSV控制研究

摘要 介绍了磁悬浮轴承的工作原理,建立系统的数学模型,并把PDFSV(伪微分反馈次变量控制)控制方法运用于 磁悬浮轴承的控制,仿真结果表明其控制效果远优于PID控制。 The PDFSV(Pseudo-Differential-Feedback and Sub-Variable ) control method was firstly employed in the principal axis AMB of a machine tool.The mathematical simulation shows that its performance is much better than that of the traditional PID control.At the same time the principal theory of AMB was introduced and mathematical model is presented.
