根据一种矿灯紧固件的产品要求,对其成形工艺作了具体分析,克服了成形的难点,设计制造了一套简单实用 的弯曲成形模,达到了产品质量要求,也为类似形状制件的弯曲成形模的设计提供了一种新方法。

According to the requirement of firmware for safety lamp,the bending technics was analyzed,and a suit of simple and practiced bending dies was designed and manufactured.The production quality requirement was achieved and a new method for die designing and manufacture of similar shape accessory was provided.
