摘要
对国内外厂家生产的硬质合金模具进行了系统的解剖分析,研究了其材料组成,探讨了硬质合金冷镦螺钉模具 的差异,针对国内某厂所生产的模具寿命低的问题,提出了具体的解决方法。
A systematic dissection research was conducted for the hard alloy dies producted by two domestic factories and a Japanese factory in order to investigate the difference of hard alloy die for cold heading small screw producted at home and abroad,and to look for a way of increasing the service life of domestic hard alloy dies.Finally,ways and specific measures were presented for increasing service life of domestic dies.
