Advanced production equipment requires adopting modern and scientific methods to manage so as to make good use of the equipment. This paper introduces some equipment management methods to establish one scientific and standard equipment management system through building equipment delay management system, precise time-check on equipment, implementing standard maintenance and using the computer skill to support the equipment management. In this way, we can make the production operate smoothly.
