摘要
针对传统的模拟型交—交变频器的触发控制存在温漂、零漂和调试复杂等问题,介绍一种由8098单片机构成的数字触发控制系统,提出了数字触发控制器的硬软件设计和工程实现方法,详细介绍了同步脉冲信号产生方法和数字触发器的原理,采用并行处理方式,解决了双机通信问题;并对零电流检测问题进行分析.在3kW三相励磁发电机模型机组上进行试验,结果表明:三相励磁发电系统由于采用全数字励磁控制,并网过程变得简单、方便.
The conventional analog trigger used in AC-AC converter have problems in temperature excursion, zero excursion and complexity of test. This paper introduces an engineering method of digital trigger based the 8098 singlechip, designs the hardware and software system, presents detailedly the producing method of synchronization signal and the elements of the digital trigger. The communication between two CPUs is resolved with parallel-disposed mode. Also, this paper analysis the measure problem of the zero-current in the system. The test result with the 3 kW three-phase excited generator shows that the synchronising process becomes simple and very easy because of the using of the digital trigger.
