铜钴作为二价金属的类水滑石对NO_x吸附性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用共沉淀法合成了钴铝、铜铝和铜钴铝类水滑石,用XRD,IR,热重-差热分析对水滑石进行了表征,并在常温下测试了其在500℃下的焙烧产物对NOx的吸附性能.XRD,IR结果表明,所合成出的类水滑石样品晶型规整,结晶度良好,热重-差热分析表明钴的含量高,则热稳定性亦高;焙烧产物对NOx吸附性能均优于传统的活性炭;由于钴是催化中心,而铜离子起助催化作用,故铜钴铝类水滑石的吸附速率和饱和吸附量均高于单纯的铜铝和钴铝类水滑石. CoAl-HTlcs, CuAl-HTlcs and CoCuAl-HTlcs were synthesized by co-precipitation and characterized by XRD,IR,TG-DTA; The samples synthesized were calcined at 500 ℃ for 5 h and adsorption capacity of thermal decomposition products for nitrogen oxides was measured at 25 ℃.The results show that hydrotalcite-like compounds synthesized all have typical layer structure and their crystallinity is better; their adsorption capability for nitrogen oxide is better than conventional sorbent powdery activated carbon. Some significative conclusions were drawn in the end.
