摘要
以水泥作为固化剂对中原油田文一污的含油污泥进行了固化处理 ,固化块的强度随着水泥量/污泥量的增大而增大 ,当水泥量/污泥量为2.0时 ,强度为16.07Mpa。通过正交试验 ,确定了浸泡时间及水泥量/污泥量是影响固化块浸出液中含油量的两个主要因素。在25℃、浸泡时间120h、水泥量/污泥量在1.0～1.8 ,浸出液含油量低于5mg/L。浸出液的有毒元素含量符合GB5085.3
the oily sludge,which took from Wenyi sewage treatment-plant of Zhongyuan-oilfield,has been solidified with cement.The more ratio of cement to oilysludge,the more strength of the cement waste is.When the ratio of cement to oilysludge is2.0∶1.0,the strength of cement waste can be over16Mpa.By means of orthogonal experimental design,the main cause of oil mass conˉcentration of lixivium is ratio and hours has been determined.At25℃,120hours,the ratio of ceˉment to oilysludge is from1.0∶1.0to1.8∶1.0,the oil mass concentration of lixivium is less than5mg/L,and the toxic elements concentration of its lixivium can meet the request of GB5085.3-1996.
