棉花新品种审定标准研究

Discussion of Criteria in Examination and Approval of New Cotton Varieties

根据棉花生产发展的需要,对棉花的产量性状、纤维品 质、抗病性、抗虫性、早熟性和主要农艺性状进行分析,研究棉 花新品种应具备的各项条件,对棉花各重要指标在新品种审 定条件中所占的权重和计分规则进行探讨,为棉花新品种的 审定实现定性化、定量化和标准化提供依据;为棉花育种工作 提供指导;为提高棉花新品种审定的公平性、公正性、公开性 和权威性提供参考;为确保棉花新品种的先进性、适应性和制 定棉花新品种的高效优质高产推广计划提供依据。

Analyses of economic characters including cotton yield, lint quality, disease and insect resistibility, early maturity and other major agronomic characters were under the necessity of taking the procedures in examination and approval of new cotton varieties. Therefore the regulations of calculating the components, which were contributed to the total value of an approved new cotton variety, of the above-mentioned characters were discussed, and the criteria were also proposed for the evaluation of new cotton varieties. These will provide references for the impartiality, reasonability and authenticity in the procedure of examination and approval of new cotton varieties.
