摘要  目的:运用高速逆流色谱法从人参茎叶总皂苷中分离人参皂苷Re 和Rg1。方法:高速逆流色谱仪的柱体积为 320mL,主机转速为800r·min-1。溶剂系统为乙酸乙酯 - 正丁醇 - 水(4∶1∶5)的上相为流动相,流动相流速为1.5 mL·min-1。结果:一次分离得到人参皂苷Re 与Rg1 各25 mg 和18 mg。结论:本溶剂体系可应用于从人参茎叶总皂苷中分离制备人参皂苷 Re 和 Rg1。本方法的重现性好,方法简单易行,可用于人参皂苷Re 与Rg1 的分离纯化。 Objective: To establish a HSCCC method for the separation of Ginsenoside Re and Rg1. Method: The method was carried out by using High-Speed Counter-current chromatography with a solvent system consisting of ethyl acetate –n-Butanol- water(4:1:5,), the lower phase was chosen as the mobile phase with flow rate of 1.50 mL·min-1, and rotating at 800 r·min-1. Result: The average recovery of Re and Rg were 25 mg and 18 mg. Conclusion: This method is simple and can be used to 1 separate Ginsengside Re and Rg1 with satisfactory accuracy and reproducibility. [
