生态工业园中工业共生网络运作模式研究 被引量:97

摘要 工业共生网络是生态工业园内企业合作的主要组织形式。由于生态工业园形成的路径不同,工业共生网络运作模式也各有差异,但不同的运作模式面临的风险和具有的效率不同,会最终影响整个共生网络运作的安全性和稳定性。本文结合国际范围内生态工业园发展趋势提出依托型共生、平等型共生、嵌套型共生和虚拟型共生四种最具代表性的工业共生网络运作模式,分析其形成机理、运作特点和存在的风险,并提出相应的政策建议,以期为我国顺利进行生态工业园建设提供理论参考。 Industrial Symbiosis Network (ISN) is the main organization form for cooperating companies in Eco-Industrial Park (EIP). As the forming path of EIP varies, the operating pattern of ISN is different. Different operating pattern goes with different risk and efficiency, and in turn the safety and stability of ISN will be affected. With the reference to the trend of EIP across the world, this paper puts forward four types of representative operating patterns, which include relying on oriented, equaling oriented, nesting oriented and virtual oriented industrial symbiosis network. And then their operating mechanism, characteristics and risk are also analyzed. On this basis, in order to promote the construction of EIP in our country successfully, some countermeasures are proposed.
