基于不同特征FDI的溢出效应比较研究

在中国成为外商直接投资(FDI)流入最多的国家之一,同时流入中国的FDI中又有近2/3左右流入中国的制造业的情况下,本文检验了外商直接投资对中国制造业的溢出效应。比较区分了产业内和产业间的溢出效应。分别研究了不同类型的FDI(来源于香港、台湾和澳门的FDI和来源于西方国家的FDI)对当地企业产生的不同影响、当地不同类型的中国企业从FDI外溢效应中受益程度的差异、外资参与程度的不同对溢出效应的影响,并在此基础上提出相关政策建议。

China is one of the countries to which foreign direct investment inflows most. And about 2/3 FDI is poured into Chinese manufacturing industry. The paper investigates the spillovers of foreign direct investment (FDI) on the Chinese manufacturing industry. And it compares and differentiates the spillovers of intra-industry and inter-industry. The paper also respectively studies the different effects produced by different types of FDI (FDI from Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao and FDI from western countries and Japan) on local firms and researches the difference existing in the benefit degrees of different types of local-owned Chinese firms. The spillovers of different extent of foreign presence were also analyzed. Finally some relative policy suggestions were proposed on the basis of the analysis.
