摘要
论述了模糊C 均值聚类算法的原理与步骤, 选取光谱分析中磨损元素的含量和 3个定量铁谱参数作为特征参数, 将模糊C 均值聚类算法应用到柴油机磨损状态评判体系中, 可以得到聚类中心和用于分类的标准向量。对聚类结果进行了验证, 表明应用模糊聚类的方法评判柴油机的磨损状态是可信的和准确的。
The principle and procedure of fuzzy C-mean algorithm were discussed.The content of wear elements in spectrum analysis and three quantitative parameters in ferrographic technology were chosen as feature parameters,then fuzzy C-mean algorithm was applied to analyze wear condition of diesel engine.The model was testified by experimental data,and results were proven to be reliable and accuracy.
