摘要
求得了带单粗糙峰时变等温线接触弹流润滑问题的完全数值解, 分析了单粗糙峰对压力、膜厚的影响。结果表明, 单粗糙峰造成接触区对应位置油膜压力剧烈变化而膜厚变薄。讨论了单粗糙峰半波长、速度和载荷参数分别变化时对压力和膜厚的影响, 最后比较了时变解和准稳态解。
A full numerical solution to the problem of the time-dependent isothermal line contact elastohydrodynamic lubricution (EHL) with single asperities was obtained.The influences of the single asperities on the pressure and the film thickness were investigated.Numerical results reveal that the existence of single asperities can lead pressure to change drastically and film thickness to become thin in the vicinity of the asperities. The effects of the half-wavelength of the asperities,the velocity and the load on the pressure and the film thickness were discussed.A comparison between the time-dependent solutions and the pseudo-steady solutions was given.
