高速钢表面镀覆薄膜的腐蚀机理研究

摘要 利用AIP 01型多弧离子镀膜机在高速钢基体上制备了TiN及(Ti,Cr)N复合薄膜, 对制得的薄膜进行盐水全浸泡试验, 研究了带有宏观熔滴颗粒的TiN及(Ti,Cr)N复合薄膜的腐蚀机理。结果表明: 高速钢表面镀覆薄膜后耐腐蚀性能显著提高, 复合薄膜中随Cr含量的增大, 薄膜耐腐蚀性能提高, 薄膜的腐蚀包括小孔腐蚀和电偶腐蚀。 TiN and (Ti,Cr)N composite films were deposited on high speed steel by AIP-01 multi-arc ion plating. With experiment of full immersion in salt solution for the as-deposited films, the corrosion mechanism of TiN and (Ti,Cr)N composite films with macroparticles was studied. The results show that the corrosion resistance of high speed steel is greatly improved after being coated a film. In (Ti,Cr)N composite film, the corrosion resistance is improved with the increasing of Cr content. Corrosion generated in film includes pore corrosion and couple corrosion.
