摘要 基于弹性流体动力润滑理论和计算机应用技术, 提出了一种较为科学的润滑油粘度选择方法———数值法。该法以齿面最小油膜厚度与综合粗糙度的比值 (即膜厚比 ) 为判据, 并在计算最小油膜厚度时综合考虑了齿面温升、粗糙度以及润滑油的非牛顿效应, 使选油结果较好地反映了工业齿轮传动的实际状况。该法已在一些企业得到初步应用,结果表明: 它具有科学可靠、简便易行等特点, 适宜在工业现场推广应用。 An original method-numerical method was presented to select viscosity of lubricant based on the theories of elastohydrodynamic lubrication and computer technology. In the numerical method whether a chosen viscosity is qualified is judged from the value of the film ratio, namely that of the minimum film thickness to the composite roughness height. In order to reflect the realities of gear drives, the temperature rise, roughness and non-Newtonian lubricant behavior are taken into account when computing the minimum film thickness. Besides, the current method was applied to some gear drives and the results show it is reasonable, reliable and practicable.
