针对大口径长管道内表面在喷丸处理过程中出现的喷头震动现象, 设计了导向轮。针对导向轮恶劣的工作环境, 介绍了它的密封原理、密封结构和装配技术要求。

Aim at the vibrated phenomenon of lining spray pill handle for the big caliber and long piping, the idler pulley was designed, its seal principle,seal construction and the technique request for assemble were introduced.
