江苏省现阶段麻疹流行株H_1基因型

H_1 Genotype of the Current Circulating Strain of Measles Virus in Jiangsu Province

目的 监测现阶段在江苏省流行的麻疹野病毒及其基因型别。方法 2 0 0 3年 5月分别在医院门诊疑似麻疹病人和疑似麻疹爆发点的病人中采集了咽拭子 ,接种EB病毒转化的绒猴淋巴母细胞 (B95a细胞 ) ,获得 3株麻疹野病毒 ,同时进行了血球凝集 (HA)试验、血球吸附试验。结果 该 3株病毒均无HA和血球吸附活性 ,逆转录 聚合酶链反应和其产物的基因序列分析提示 ,这 3株病毒属于麻疹野病毒第 8基因组H1 基因型。结论 此次为江苏省首次分离到麻疹野病毒 。

Objective To survey the current circulating strain of wild measles virus in Jiangsu Province and its genotype. Methods In May 2003,the swab samples of the suspected measles patients in hospital were collected and measles outbreak spot were suspected,inoculated into B95a cell derived from EB virus and got 3 strains of wild measles virus,at the same time,the hemagglutination(HA)test and hemadsorption test were conducted. Results The results showed that these 3 strains of measles viruses had no HA and hemadsorption activity.RT-PCR and the sequence analysis of its product suggested that these 3 strains of measles viruses were belong to the H_1 genotype of eight genetic group of wild measles virus. Conclusion The wild measles virus were isolated for the first time in Jiangsu Province and this demonstrated that the genotype of wild measles virus circulating in Jiangsu was the same as the dominant genotype circulating in China.
