北京市2003年麻疹流行病学特征分析

Analysis of Epidemiology for Measles in Beijing in 2003.

目的 了解北京市 2 0 0 3年麻疹流行病学特征。方法 根据北京市常规传染病报告系统和年度麻疹发病统计表 ,对 2 0 0 3年麻疹进行描述流行病学分析。结果 麻疹发病率以流动人口为高 ;地理分布表现为近郊和远郊高于城区 ;<1岁儿童发病率高于其他年龄组 ;流动人口各年龄段的发病率均高于本市人口 ;本市人口发病存在成人高峰。相对于本市人口 ,流动人口的发病特征更接近于自然感染 ,并对全市麻疹流行病学特征产生了重要的影响。结论 如何消除流动人口中的免疫空白 ,提高流动人口免疫接种率 。

Objective This study is to analyze the epidemiology of measles in Beijing in 2003, and to revise the strategy for measles control as well as its vaccination. Methods The data comes from routine report system for infectious disease and annual statistics. Results The measles incidence for floating people is higher than the native,and suburb incidence is higher than that of downtown.Among all the age groups,0-year-old group has the highest onset risk.In each age group,incidence for floating people is higher than that of native.The climax of measles occurred in April,and the distribution is influenced by the measures which have taken in effect in SARS control compared with the native. (Conclusion )The epidemic character for floating people,resembles as pre-vaccine-era epidemic,which makes great influence on the overall epidemic character. To eliminate the immunization vacuum and to increase the coverage for floating people is urgently needed.
