摘要
我公司尿素系统 4M3 2 G-1 84/ 1 5 .3二氧化碳压缩机实际运行中存在容积流量小、排气温度高等问题 ,通过对气阀结构、气流通道、气阀运动规律及可靠性等进行分析 ,对压缩机一级气阀进行改造 ,有效地降低了压缩机容积流量 。
Because of high discharge temperature and small valid volumetric flow of 4M32G-184/15.3 carbon dioxide compressors in the urea system in our company, a retrofit of the first-stage valves for the compressors is done in terms of configuration, gas flow passages, characteristics of motion and reliability. With the retrofit, the power consumption and discharge temperature at the first stage of the compressors is reduced and the valid volumetric flow of the compressors is improved.
