摘要
以煤焦油和石油渣油配比4/1的沥青,在压力1.6MPa、温度为480℃下焦化,可生成针状各向异性的组织结构。在共炭化反应到260min,即中间相区域形成之后,通过减小压力以提高其取向性。所得针状焦的针状组织的单一轴向取向性有较大的提高。
An asphalt formed by coal tar and petroleum residue with a mixing ratio of 4 to 1 was used as feedstock for producing needle coke. Needle coke with different orientation structure could be produced under the coking condition of 480℃ and 1. 6MPa. When the coking reaction time reached 260min, after an intermediate phase region was formed, needle coke with more single axial orientation structure could be obtained by reducing the coking pressure.
