廊坊市农村小儿营养性缺铁性贫血8年防治效果的观察

Eight years observation on effect of prevention and treatment on children's nutritive Iron-deficiency anemia

１９８５年以来，作者按照卫生部《小儿营养性缺铁性贫血防治方案》对农村地区小儿营养性缺铁性贫血进行了大面积综合防治，同时对逐年的患病情况进行了监测，经过８年努力，廊坊市农村４个月～７岁儿童的贫血患病率由１９８５年的６６．３２％下降到１９９２年的３．４７％；贫血的严重程度也逐年减轻。达到了《方案》中消灭重度、控制中度的防治要求。监测结果表明每年的患病率高峰都在１岁组，年龄越小下降的幅度也小。

Through eight years effort the prevalence rate of anemia among four to seven years old children had fallen from 66.32 percent in 1985 to 3. 47 percent in 1992. The Suffering of anemia were alleviated year by year. The situation in this area Rad fulfilled the demand of the scheme: to eradicate serious cases and control the number of medium cases. The result of surveillance indicated that the highest prevalence rate was in the one year old group, The younger the age the smaller the scale of decline.
