通过文献资料调研和对西北地区少数民族传统体育开展的情况进行系统的调查研究了解情况,分析其现状的原因,并提出要吸取自身的精华去其糟粕,借鉴现代体育的优秀方面与之相结合,向世界现代体育靠拢,求得生存与发展,为全人类的健康服务。

This thesis focuses on the systematic investigation and research both on the documents and the development of traditional physical culture of main minorities in the Northwest. After carefully analysing the cause of the present situation, the author puts forward that the traditional physical culture should not only keep its cream, discard its waste matters, but also use the good spirit of the Modern Olympic Games for reference, combine with them After drawing close to the World Modern Physical culture,surely the traditional (physical culture ) can exist and develop better to serve the health of all the human beings in the world.
