纯碱对作业工人身体危害的调查研究

Investigation on the effects of pure alkali on worker′S health

对大连化学工业公司碱厂生产环境空气中纯碱浓度进行了测定，并对２５８名作业工人进行了全面身体检查，发现环境纯碱浓度在８．７１～３７．１５ｍｇ／ｍ３之间，工人出现了不同程度上呼吸道刺激症状及粘膜、皮肤损害。与对照组比较均有显著性差别（ｐ＜０．０５及Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明在８．７１ｍｇ／ｍ３环境下作业并非安全。

Having measured the pure alkali concentration in the working area air of the alkali plant in the Dalian chemical industrial corporation and all-sided checkup among 258 workers,the authors found that the irritating symptoms in the upper respiratory tract and the detriment in mucosa and skin in various degrees may appear,when the pure alkali concentration in the working area ranges between 8.7mg/m3 and 37.15mg/m3.Comparing the control group with experimental group,The authers found a significant difference between above groups (P<0.05 and P<0.01).These results demonstrated that working in the area of 8.71mg/m3of pure alkali will be unsafe.
