摘要
通过文献资料、数学计算、专家访谈和理论分析的方法对国内外八名世界级铅球运动员的推球角度进行了研究。研究认为:从理论的层面上,如果出手初速度和出手高度固定不变,不考虑其它因素的条件下,出手角度41°~42°最为理想。而实践中,优秀运动员推球,由于专项技术和人体解剖结构特点,大多采用35°~39°,低于理论上的推球角度。这有利于将全身肌肉力量作用于铅球上,有利于提高出手初速度。而初速度的提高对推球成绩的提高,远远超过在一定范围内减少出手角度带来的微小损失。
According to some literature, counting, accessing of experts, academic analysis and so on, I researched and analyzed the phenomena of eight world-class athletes who's shot-put at small angles, then wrote this study. In the abstract, the most advantageous throwing angle is about 41°~42°, if the throwing speed and height are fixed and without regard to other elements. However, most of them adopt the smaller angles which is about 35°~39°, when the excellent athletes shot, because of the characteristic of physical structure and professional technology. That is of advantage to exerting all physical strength to throw out the shot and quickening the throwing speed. Quickening the throwing speed is very important to help to improve your shot-put mark and to some extent less decrease the mark caused by the inaccurate throwing angle.
