摘要
可同时测定大米中20种有机磷农药和6种氨基甲酸酯农药。样品以丙酮提取,经过盐析,再经二氯甲烷萃取后进行气相色谱分析,上述26个组分可在一根OV-101毛细管柱上获得较好的分离。保留时间的平均变异系数低于0.5%,最低检测浓度为2~15μg/kg,添加回收率平均为82.47%~112.26%。本方法的结果符合农药残留分析的要求。
A method for determination of the residues of 20 organophosphorus and 6 carbamate pesticide in rice simultaneously is introduced in this paper. The samples were extracted with acetone,then precipitated by the method of salting out.At last,the samples were extracted by dichloromethane. All these kinds of pesticide can be separated satisfactorily on the OV-101 capillary column. The average coefficient of variation of retention time is below 0.5%. The range of the minimum detectable concentration is 2 to 15μlg/kg,and the average fortified recoveries are among 82.17%~112.265%. The results tested with this method were met the requirement of pesticide residue analysis.
