摘要
对层合复合材料自由角附近的层间高应力问题提出了一个计算应力场的半解析解,它适合于[90°/0°]s,对称铺层的层合复合材料变温问题。对文中给出的[90°/0°]s。对称铺层碳纤维增强塑料和Ni/Al层合复合材料的两个算例,解析解所得结果与用三维有限元计算的结果符合得较好。还就应力场和层间破坏之间的关系进行了讨论,发现层间剥离应力,即正应力可能是层间破坏的主要因素。
In the present paper a semi-analytical approach is presented to examine the stresses fields in the vicinity of a free rectangular corner of a laminate with symmetrical lay-up subjected to a thermal loading.The derived solution is applied for the cases of a carbon fiber reinforcement plastics (CFRP) cross-ply laminate and a Ni/Al-laminate.The predicted interlaminar stresses fields at the ply interface are shown to be in good agreement with the results of 3-dimension finite element analyses.The correlation between the stress field and interlaminar failure is also investigated;it shows that peeling stresses may be a significant factor for interlaminar failure.
