引入青海省成年小尾寒羊心电图的研究

Study on electrocardiogram of adult Han-sheep with small-tail introduced into Qinghai Province

对引入青海省的25只成年小尾寒羊的心电图进行了分析和研究。结果发现,被检小尾寒羊皆为窦性心律;平均R—R间期的时限为(0 612±0 145)s;心电轴显著右偏(+161 0°±67 2°);在Ⅰ,Ⅱ,aVL,C1和A—B导联心电图上,QRS综合波以QS,rS或Qr为主要波型,Ⅲ,aVR,C2和C3导联心电图上以R或qR型为主要波型;各波和间期的时限(s)为:P波,0 031±0 008,QRS综合波,0 049±0 008,T波0 055±0 015,P—Q间期,0 101±0 016,Q—T间期,0 276±0 037,Q—Tc间期,0 353±0 032。在被检小尾寒羊中发现窦性心律不齐(28 0%)、窦性停搏(4 0%)、窦性二联律(4 0%)和心房扑动(4 0%)四种异常心电图。

The electrocardiogram(ECG) of 25 adult Han-sheep with small-tail introduced into Qinghai Province was analysed and studied.The results showed that the heart rhythm of all the Han-sheep with small-tail examined was sinus rhythm;the mean duration of R-R interval was (0.612±0.145)s;the electrical axis was significantly towards the right deviation(+161.0°±67.2°);the major wave forms of QRS complex were QS,rS or Qr types in the ECG of I,Ⅱ,aVL,C1 and A-B leads; and R or qR types in the ECG of Ⅲ,aVR,C2 and C3 leads;the duration of waves and intervals was that p wave,(0.031±0.008)s;QRS complex,(0.049±0.008)s;T wave,(0.055±0.015)s;P-Q interval,(0.101±0.016)s,Q-T interval,(0.276±0.037)s,Q-Tc interval,(0.353±0.032)s.Four types of abnormal ECG including sinus arrythmia(28.0%)sinus arrest(4.0%),sinus bigeminy(4.0%) and atrial flutter(4.0%) were showed in the Han-sheep with small-tail examined.
