摘要
研究了β-SiAlON加入量(质量分数)分别为0、4%、6%、8%和10%时对刚玉基超低水泥浇注料烧结性能、高温强度和抗热震性的影响.结果表明:β-SiAlON的加入对材料的烧结有负面影响,它使试样的气孔率升高,强度降低,但提高了试样的高温抗折强度(1400℃);β-SiAlON的加入可显著改善试样的抗热震性,残余强度保持率由18.4%提高到40%~49%.
Effect of β-SiAlON addition (0, 4%, 6%, 8% and 10%)on sintering property, high temperature strength and thermal shock resistance of alumina-based ultra-low cement castables was studied. The results show that with increasing of β-SiAlON addition hot modulus of rupture (HMOR at 1400°C) of specimens increases (from 2.2 MPa to 2.9-3.45 MPa); and thermal shock resistance (TSR) is noticeably improved (residual strength ratio at ΔT=1100°C increasing from 18.4% to 40%-49% after one cycle in water). However, the added β-SiAlON has bad effect on sintering of the castable showing that the apparent porosity increases and cold MOR decreases. The reasons for above results are discussed.
