摘要
在实施素质教育的背景下,高校体育要培养和发展大学生全面的体育素养。采用文献研究与逻辑分析的方法,在对体育素养的相关概念进行分析比较的基础上,明确了体育素养的内涵及其包含的各要素。体育素养是在先天遗传素质的基础上,通过后天环境与体育教育的影响所形成的,包括体质水平、体育知识、体育意识、体育行为、体育技能、体育个性、体育品德等要素的综合素质与修养。
Cultivating and developing students' physical education accomplishment is the main task of college and university PE when quality education is putting into practice in our country. Based on the analysis of related concept, this article gives the connotation of physical education accomplishment and its constituents. Physical education accomplishment is the integrative quality and culture, which includes constitution , PE knowledge, PE awareness , PE actions, PE skills, PE personality and PE moral character developed by the influence of physical education and the environment on the base of one's id.
