温州地区民办高中学校体育现状的分析与研究

Research and analysis on current situation of PE in private high school in Wenzhou

采用问卷调查法和访谈法,对温州地区民办高中学校的师资来源、师资水平、教师职称、工资收入、体育经费 投入、场馆设施、体育教学等方面进行分析与研究。结果表明:温州地区民办高中学校师资来源多样,教师专业技 术水平全面,教师工资收入较高,教师职称、教师科研水平偏低,体育场馆设施状况不均衡。

By the methods of question investigation and interview, this paper studies and analyzes the resource of teachers, the level of teachers, their position and income, the facilities of gymnasium and physical education, etc. in Wenzhou private high school. The result shows that there are various of resources of teachers in Wenzhou private high school , the level of teachers' professional skill is high , in come is high also, but their position is low, their ability of paper-studying is poor, the condition of gymnasium facilities is unequal.
